You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, and Orderflow Club LTD shall not be held liable for any financial losses or damages incurred.

Section 3 – Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations

3.1 Memberships and Free Trials: We may offer a 7-day free trial for our Monthly Member tier. By registering for a trial, you agree that if you do not cancel before the 7-day period expires, your provided payment method will automatically be charged the agreed-upon recurring rate.

3.2 Billing Cycle: By selecting a membership plan (Monthly or Quarterly), you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. The "Founder Rate" (£77/month or £197/quarter) is valid for the lifetime of your continuous, uninterrupted subscription. If your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or fails to process, re-subscribing may subject you to current, standard pricing.

3.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your recurring membership at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Service until that time. It is your sole responsibility to ensure cancellations are processed before your next billing date.

3.4 Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the content, the immediate access granted to proprietary frameworks, and the downloadable nature of our resources, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial membership periods, unused access, or forgotten cancellations.

Section 4 – Intellectual Property and Prohibited Uses

All content within the Orderflow Club platform is the intellectual property of Orderflow Club LTD. Monthly members receive access to Academy modules on a scheduled basis (drip-fed) to protect this intellectual property.

Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content solely for your own personal educational use.

You are strictly prohibited from:

Copying, recording, screen-recording, downloading (unless explicitly permitted), distributing, publishing, or commercially exploiting any of our proprietary content.

Sharing, selling, or transferring your login credentials or membership access to any third party.

Using our content to create a competing product, community, or educational resource.

Transmitting worms, viruses, or malicious code.

Scraping, data mining, or extracting data from our platforms.

Any breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund, and may result in legal action to recover damages.

Section 5 – Community Conduct (Discord)

Part of the Service includes access to our Discord community. By accessing this space, you agree to treat all members with respect. Spam, harassment, abusive language, self-promotion, and the sharing of illegal or inappropriate content are strictly prohibited.

Anti-Impersonation Warning: Orderflow Club LTD does not manage funds or seek private investments. No staff member will ever direct message you requesting funds. You are entirely responsible for verifying the authenticity of users and safeguarding your personal information against third-party impersonators or scams within the community.

Section 6 – Third-Party Tools and Links

Our platform relies on third-party services, including Thinkific (course delivery) and Stripe (payment processing). We provide access to these tools "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages related to the use of third-party tools or websites linked through our Service.

We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using our Service (including trading methodologies) will be profitable or successful.
